I started brewing extract kits in a backyard in Bloomfield in 2004. I quickly realized that steeping grains in socks and sanitizing bottles in bathtubs wasn't a good idea after several bottle grenades exploded in my kitchen. I switched to allgrain brewing and kegging in a backyard in Regent Square in 2007. I've continued brewing in a backyard in Aspinwall since 2010.
